Quarry
PT. Aneka Sumberbumi Jaya owns and operates our calcium carbonate quarry in the province of Lampung, Indonesia, with the the option to further increase mining capacities through our additional quarries.
Our reserves are projected to last us at least 30 years, so you can be assured continuity of your raw materials by partnering with us.
With full ownership of our quarries, PT. Aneka Sumberbumi Jaya is able to ensure consistent production of high quality calcium carbonate products. Our high level of control ensures that our products meet the specific requirements of our customers.
Crushing and Washing
After extracting our calcium carbonate deposits from our quarry, we deliver the rocks to our crushing and washing line where they are crushed and sorted to various sizes in order to cater different customer requirements.
The calcium carbonate aggregate also undergo a thorough washing and scrubbing process in order to remove any contamination such as mud and soil to ensure that we deliver products of the highest quality. This cleaned aggregate is also sent to our factory for further processing to ground calcium carbonate.
Ground Calcium Carbonate Factory
Over the last few years, we upgraded our ground calcium carbonate production facility in order to meet the growing needs of our customers. Making use of the latest grinding technology, our annual production capacity is now over 100,000 tons and our product ranges in fineness from 80 Mesh - 1200 Mesh. This increased production capacity, coupled with improved efficiencies in our production has allowed us to better cater to the distinct requirements of each of our customers.
We are also able to customise how our product is packaged based on your needs. Whether you need your ground calcium carbonate in 50kg Woven Bags, 1 Ton Jumbo bags or even delivered in Bulk Trucks, we will be able to meet your needs.
